This policy explains how Digifoster Ad Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit digifosterads.com or fill in a form on it. We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who we are
Digifoster Ad Solutions is a digital marketing business based at Agarabathi Factory Road, Uttarahalli, Bengaluru 560061, Karnataka, India. You can reach us at consult@digifosterads.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us when you fill in a form or message us:
- Name, phone number, email address and city
- Business details: business type, monthly ad budget range, website or social media handle, and what you tell us about your marketing
- Anything you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp
Information collected automatically when you visit the site:
- Pages visited, the link or ad that brought you here (such as campaign tags in the web address) and basic device and browser information
- Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (see section 5)
3. How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email
- To understand your business and prepare a proposal
- To deliver services if you become a client
- To measure and improve our advertising, including which ads lead to enquiries
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets) to store enquiries and send email notifications
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for advertising measurement and messaging
- Our website hosting provider
These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It may record actions such as viewing a page or submitting a form, and Meta may use this to show you relevant ads. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the service and for legal and tax purposes. After that, we delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it, or stop contacting you
- Withdraw consent you have given us

8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, such as restricting access to enquiry records and using secure, password-protected accounts. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
